But this is unbelievable because I've done this already. Should I send some message to the Creative?

Okay I got new information about the situation:

Thank you for writing in to Creative.

I understand that you got blue screen error. Please follow the below steps to try resolving the issue:

    1. Disconnect the headset from the PC.
    2. Download the latest headset driver from Creative Support webpage at support.creative.com.
    3. Double-click the downloaded file to start the driver installation.
4.When prompted to select the setup language, ignore it and browse to the following folder in the windows directory:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CRFxxx*\Drivers
(*Choose the folder with the latest 'Date modified')
    5.Double-click on the Setup.exe found in C:\Windows\Temp\CRFxxx\Drivers\.
    6. Creative Driver Update Utility window will appear on the screen.
    7. Select Driver Uninstallation and Delete all shared Creative audio driver files.
    8. Click OK and follow the instructions on the screen.
    9. Power off the PC and connect the headset.
    10. If the headset is properly detected, install the headset driver by double-clicking on the downloaded file and follow the instructions on the screen.

If you still require assistance, please reply to this email and include any previous correspondence to ensure a quick response.

    Best Regards,
    Now I wrote this back:

I followed the instructions and when I was in trying to open Setup.exe in CRF008\Audio\Drivers folder, it didn't open the file. As I looked from my task manager I saw for a few secs programs Xensetup.exe*32 and XenDef_E.exe*32. How should I proceed
They haven't answered for few days now...
