    Windows 7 - BSOD . Memory Management problem


    BSOD appearing twice or thrice in a week.
    i would be greatfull if i have been told about how to resolve this problem :)
    please help

    My laptop had been purchased 3 months ago.It was preinstalled with Windows 7

    MODEL : SAMSUNG NOTEBOOK RV520
    CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10GHz
    MOTHERBOARD : SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. RV420/RV520/RV720/E3530/S3530/E3420/E3520
    TOTAL MEMORY : 3.00 GB USABLE MEMORY : 2.92 GB
    HDD : SAMSUNG HM321HI
    SOUND CARD : (1) Realtek High Definition Audio (2) Intel(R) Display Audio
    GRAPHICS CARD : Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
    OS : Microsoft Windows 7 Home Basic 64-bit 7601 Multiprocessor Free Service Pack 1

    BSOD dump files has been attached and i have also attached a picture of the error message i get

    try repairing windows or use windows update for any latest drivers and software updated. remove any unwanted programs internet cookies etc . report back and tell me the outcomes

    I have the latest drivers and windows updates . I clear my internet cookies regulary.
    It is a problem with some other program which needs to be removed ..would be great if anyone could spot out that program

    Hi.

    Update or uninstall the software\driver for Virtual Serial Port driver for Blackberry.

    Research In Motion - Products


    Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker


    Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+



    Finish
    with the above steps and post back with any results.

    Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    BSOD occurs only at times.Will post if BSOD occurs again:)

    In meantime is good idea to run Disk Cleanup - Open and Use

    And Disk Check including the Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors.

    You can also run again the SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker sometimes you may need to run it 2-3 times to "fix" everything.


    And of course you are always welcome to post back with news :)
