Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I get a BSOD everytime I cold boot with a OCZ Vertex2 set to ahci in the bios
This has been going on for 6 months and cant find anyone that can read the dump file I called OCZ they cant figure it out I know it is not the MOBO because I have 3 systems using this same board and memory and tryed it on each board and it only happens when the SSD drive is installed? it has the latest firmware the BSOD doesnt say what the error is I have attached the dunp file and system files and a jpg of the BSOD please help!
I have a custom built system as follows:
EVGA P55 Classified 200 mobo
2 EVGA Geforce 450's in Sli
8 gigs OCZ DDR3 ram
X-Fi Titantium Fataility sound
I7 870 1156
1 Seagate ST31500341AS 1.5 TB
CoolerMaster 700w PS
Corsair H70 Water Cooler
I am not overclocked!

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I am going to clone the ssd to a hdd and see if the issue goes away because OCZ cant find anything wrong with the drive maybe this will prompt them to replace it?
