BSOD after Memtest said nothing wrong, "your windows is not genuine"

So today I booted my computer only to find that Windows telling me my Windows copy wasn't genuine with the "Build 7600" next to it. It IS registered, and this occured after I got a BSOD. I can't use my computer without the screen freezing, turning black, and then showing fragments of the desktop and then repeating. (I am using Safe Mode as I type this)

I have been getting BSODs for a while now, and have tried so many things to fix it before with nothing working. I tried using Memtest +86 to try and see if I had bad RAM, but it found 0 issues. I seriously doubt it has anything to do with my registry. My RAM sticks are in the right place.

Here's a screenshot of my BlueScreenView:

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us

I couldn't get PERFMON to work, so all I have is my .dmp files, sorry about that.

    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 64-bit
    - the original installed OS on the system? Yes
    - an OEM or full retail version? Full Retail version
    - OEM = came pre-installed on system
    - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? Running since July 2011, 3 months.
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) Reformatted once, on September 19, 2011

Disk hardware error. Please run chkdsk and then download the mfr HD app and run it.

    A- CHKDSK /R /F:

Run CHKDSK /R /F from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt.

Do this for each hard drive on your system.

When it tells you it can't do it right now - and asks you if you'd like to do it at the next reboot - answer Y (for Yes) and press Enter.

Then reboot and let the test run.

It may take a while for it to run, but keep an occasional eye on it to see if it generates any errors.

See "CHKDSK LogFile" below in order to check the results of the test.

    B- Elevated Command Prompt:

Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)

At the top of the Search Box, right click on Cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator"

    C-CHKDSK LogFile:

Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter

Expand the Windows logs heading, then select the Application log file entry.

Double click on the Source column header.

Scroll down the list until you find the Chkdsk entry (wininit for Win7) (winlogon for XP).

Copy/paste the results into your next post.

CHKDSK was run in read only mode so no fixes were applied. Please follow the instructions and run it with the /F, and /R switches.

Sorry but I literally have no clue what any of that means. Can't I just buy a new hard drive so I won't have to worry about this POS doing this again?

It may if the problem is hardware, and it wont if it is software. If you buy a new HD you will have to re-install all your applications.
