For some reason I can't read your .DMP files but I found 2 possible candidates for your problem in your .NFO

#1: Windows Error Reporting shows multiple crashes of the Tune Up Utility Service. You should uninstall TU Utilities (or at least disable its services) For testing purposes. TU is not 100% fit to handle Windows 7. It was an OK program for Windows XP but outlived its purpose

#2 Please uninstall Daemon Tools and then it's problematic driver SPTD.sys (a known cause of random BSODs) via these instructions: DuplexSecure - FAQ

If you need virtual disk software you'll find less problematic software here:

Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview
SlySoft Virtual CloneDrive

Though all the minidumps are 2 weeks old.

Follow SledgeDG advices and post back with results.

i have uninstalled tune up, daemon tools and the PSTD.sys. i will infrom you in case another freeze happens.
by the way what do you mean that the minidumps are 2 weeks old? every time i attach a zip file, it includes new reports made 1-2 minutes before sending the reply.

You dont have recent minidumps.

The moct recent minidump are from 12-Oct-11

You can check in C:\windows\minidump.(*.dmp)

If you can find most recent minidumps just zip them and upload them here.

hey there again. i started a video call in msn messenger some minutes ago and i had a bsod. i am attaching the files needed.
by the way the bsod that happens with msn messenger and the freezes that happen randomly are related to each other or not?

Now that i can read the dump I found another known cause for BSODs:
Code:
ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
Update this driver from here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download

If that still doesn't help it's time to check your memory. Please follow this tut:
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
and report back with the results

Windows 7 professional 64bit

hey there again. i visited the site you said and downloaded this:

ACPI driver for ATK 0110 virtual device version 1043.2.15.37 for Windows 2000 / XP (32bit and 64bit) / 2003 (32bit & 64bit) / VISTA (32bit & 64bit).

I am not sure though if this driver was the correct one because there were many different drivers for my motherboard there. I had a freeze today while i was switching tabs in google chrome. I will check my memory later today and post back with results. By the way can you check if the driver i downloaded was the correct one?

Thanks in advance.
