BSOD - Potential Clash With Skype. Unrecognised BCP3 & BCP4 codes

Have Googled the various error codes, and can't find a match for the codes BCP3: 858F918C and BCP4: 82A1AD60, so assume this is a new BSOD?

The files, and Health Check ZIP is attached below.

If any one can help me understand how to resolve this. Thanks.

My pleasure. The probable cause (fairly definite here) is found in the DMP files (which are a log of the crash) and when viewed in Win DB an experienced analyst can tell many things about the activity of the system during the crash.
