BSOD after shut down hangs on "Shutting down"

First let me thank those that offer their help to me. The time people put in to help strangers is hugely appreciated.

I've followed the thread creation instructions and the files are attached. The problem I am having is the system hangs on "Shutting Down" and only throws the Blue Screen if I press the power button again.

I'm running W7 x64 with SP1 and have recently loaded a ton of updates as this is only a 1 week old install on 1 week old hardware. The hardware specs are in my profile. This system is basically running as my daily workstation and file server for one other computer, an HTPC.

    Thanks for the help

These were related to the callback file system., Usermode filesystem for your Windows applications - Callback File System™ I would remove it to test at least.

I didn't know I had the Callback Filesystem. I don't see it anywhere on the system drive or storage drives. If you see it in the files can you help me out with where to find it.

    Thanks

File is called cbfs3.sys and is probably in C:\winndows\system32... Search for it. BUt that is just one driver from the app.
