Blue Screen Error & windows shut down

Hi all,

I have a rather new laptop (about 5 months old).

It is a Dell N5010, I5 processor with 8 GB RAM, 64 bit Operating system.

I have been receiving a blue screen error: here is the latest information

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9f
BCP1: 0000000000000003
BCP2: FFFFFA80079CAA10
BCP3: FFFFF80000B9C518
BCP4: FFFFFA800AE4F270
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\050511-35521-01.dmp
C:\Users\Kim\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-60699-0.sysdata.xml

I am also attaching the minidump files as I have seen others request them.

Can anyone let me know what's going on?

Thanks a bunch!

Kim

Hard to be certain but it seems to be pointing at logmein stuff conflicting with windows update and power management.

This would make sense being as how they have no updated their software since shortly after vista was released.

Personally I would just uninstall logmein,
There isn't really a lot to go on with just the one crash dump though.

Maybe posting the last few Minidump files will help a bit more.

These are the files from Blue Screens on 10/25, 10/17, 10/13 & 10/7

Thanks for any advice you can give.

I am a bit nervous about these errors.

Thanks,

Kim
