Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker in Windows 7). Also a part of the Asus PCProbe and AISuite Utilities
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download
Download the most recent software\driver for your NVIDIA
Uninstall nvidia software\driver,restart.
Install the new ati software\driver,restart.
Run the nvidia-video-card-test
Finish and post back the results.
