Help Host Process For Windows Services has stopped working

Hi, I'm new. I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong category, I wasn't sure where to post it.

    I have a Dell Inspiron 1440 Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit.

This message on my computer keeps coming up in one window it says

Host process for windows services has stopped working
Windows is collecting more information about the problem this might take several minutes.

It's a gray bar, It never loads, another window is also open that says

Do you want to send more information about the problem?
I click on view details and this comes up, I copied and pasted this

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Users\King David\AppData\Local\Temp\WERD3E4.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml
    C:\Users\King David\AppData\Local\Temp\WERE948.tmp.appcompat.txt
    C:\Users\King David\AppData\Local\Temp\WERE949.tmp.hdmp

    Read our privacy statement online:
Windows 7 Privacy Statement - Microsoft Windows

If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline:
    C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt

I click send information, and it goes away and comes back a little while later. When I click cancel, or the x it goes away and comes back a little while later also.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you,
    davidms

    Hi -

Try these 3 places for additional information -

    1. WERCON -
START | type view | "View all Problem Reports" | 2x-click on line item for additional crash info

    2. Reliability Monitor -
    START | type perfmon /rel

    3. Event Viewer -
START | type eventvwr.msc | Custom Views | Administrative Events

#2 & #3 would likely be more helpful to ID the crash itself; #1 may have additional details.

    Regards. . .

    Hi -

I see Windows Updates failing, Windows Updates diagnostics failing, Microsoft Security Essentials failing, BEX (security related - like a buffer overrun or DEP) and more.

Also present - exception 0xc0000005 = memory access violation

If you have an Internet Security Suite such as NIS, N360, McAfee, etc... remove it using the removal tool - http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN146

    Run Malwarebytes - http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

Run - SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Run - http://www.microsoft.com/security/sc...s/default.aspx

    Run - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821
