Windows keeps BSOD-ing when browsing Internet

Hello, I have been noticing a lot of BSOD's as of late when I'm doing nothing more than just browsing the internet on Chrome or Firefox. I'm not sure what it is I did to my comp, but things have just not been working smoothly. I've attached the BSOD dump file + System Health Check.

Comp stats:

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, OEM
Sony VPCF1

Any help would be appreciated! Let me know if more info is needed.

Virtually all of these were related to memory management. I would do three things

1-sptd.sys

Please remove any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, called sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads DuplexSecure - FAQ

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place.



2-Remove and replace your Avast with Microsoft security essentials

3-Update these drivers

How To Find Drivers:

- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

Thanks for the quick response! I did the first 2 steps, but I am not sure if I did the 3rd step correctly. A lot of the drivers that were mentioned were for programs that I have not used before, so I just opened them and checked for updates through the program (when it permitted). I'll monitor how the system acts now, and add more data here if it crashes again.

Bet you use this. Related to yk62x64.sys NDIS6.20 Miniport Driver for Marvell Yukon Ethernet Controller from Marvell.

If you dont use this remove it. Related to regi.sys regi driver from InterVideo.

My comp still keeps crashing, so I tried to fix the Drivers. I looked them up on the driver Reference and tried to fix them, but ran into a whole buttload of issues:

- regi.sys - Went to Corel, downloaded the Service Packs for WinDVD 2010 (my comp shows i have Corel Windvd 2010 BD on it), but when I tried to install it, an error message popped up saying that I didn't have Windvd installed on the computer.

- SFEP.sys - Went to Sony site and found the "Firmware" update for my model, dl-ed and tried to install, but it said "Target DVD Drive is not found correctly for this program" and did not work.

- PxHlpa64.sys - ....what? did not understand the directions on the Drivers site @__@

- yk62x64.sys - Uhn I have no idea what part of the computer or program is using this.. how do I remove it?

- risdsne64.sys - I don't have a Ricoh memory stick...is this just for the USB connector things on the comp? Where do I find an update for this? Went to the Ricoh site and searched for this, but did not find anything.

Why is my broken comp so broken?

Attached new system file info and BSOD dumps, in case anything has changed since the last time?

Also have noticed that windows update keeps failing to update 2 things, one is for Microsoft office 2010 and the other is a security update for windows 7 ... might this be related to the bsod's?

..anyone?

If it is clocked try resetting the bios to default. Note any changes before you do so you can revert back if needed.
