lappy crashing and refusing to start up immediately. works fine later

whenever i play some games(not all), after sum time of playing my lappy crashes and then when start it up again it shuts down half way into the booting process. this happens continuously.
i leave it and wen i try say 15 mins later, windows start up recovery centre opens and i get to restore my computer,everything works fine till i start playing again
and i know its not the games fault co i played a game, finnished it and uninstalled it. later wen i wanted to play it again,this prob starts happeneing with it too
