    BSOD: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with ntoskrnl.exe

My computer crashed with a BSOD while watching a Youtube video. I have not had any BSOD for the past 6 months, nor did I did install any new apps recently.

6 months ago I was experiencing an issue with BSOD as well but when I resitted the memory the issue has disappeared, I do not have mini dumps from 6 months ago.

I just ran Pre-boot self assessment test that is available in Alienware bios and it did NOT detect any issues.

    Specs:
    Alienware Aurora
    -Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate
    -Core i7 960 3.2GHz.
    -12 GB of RAM - 1066MHz.
    -Radeon HD 5870
    -PSU 875Watt
    -HD 1.5TB
    -BlueRay Writer

This was Related to k57nd60a.sys NetLink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet NDIS6.x Unified Driver. from Broadcom Corporation. yours is 3 years old. re-install newest.

    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
