BSOD Randomly & While Playing error 0x00000124
First up hello and thanks for taking a look at my problem in advance :)
Basically a while back (approx 2 months ago my old PC died due to some HD corruption and i decided to do some hardware upgrading and a complete re-build instead of starting a fresh install on an old system.
Pretty much replaced everything,
I purchased a Overclocked MB + CPU + RAM bundle from the ARIA retailer which was:
Gladiator Z68 Core i7 2600K 4.70GHz Water-Cooled Overclocked Bundle - Aria PC
but basically i have an issue where if i leave my pc idling after an unknown period of time i will come back to it and it will have BSOD while i am away - and if i leave it indefinitely past that point it will reboot but be stuck on an 'unable to boot - please insert bootable media' message and will require a restart to work again properly.
Additionally when playing certain games, noticeably Battlefield 3 (Which has been BSOD'ing when ive been trying to play it up to every 5-10 mins, but also includes other games such as RAGE, the more graphics intensive the game it is the higher the risk of BSOD seems to be)
the error message im getting (atleast on last BSOD) was
0x00000124 (0x0000000000000, 0xFFFFFA800536200, 0x00000000BE200000, 0x000000000005110A)
Im not 100% convinced that this is the only BSOD message i have received as i can recall seeing a different message sometime - but will have to wait until that occurs to be able to see what it is.
Ive checked the temperatures that my system runs at - specifically after BSODs too, and the CPU core is never higher then 40-45 degrees.
I have attached the files that were recommended to add to this post, but apart from that im not 100% clued up on this sort of thing so all the extra help with troubleshooting this one would be a massive help:
(I was previously running this with a 650w PSU but thought that might have been an issue but just upgraded to a 1kw one with no change to the problem)
My system specs:
ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z MB
Intel Core i7-2600K oc @ 4.60 Ghz
4GB 1600MHz Dual Channel DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 6950 OC Twin FrozR III Power Edition 2048MB
SATA 500gb HD drive
Some DVD drive
Files attached - and again im not too computer savvy so if any suggestions (if they are a little complicated could come with a little background or tutorial that would be ace - starting to pull my hair out over this issue now! completely stumped!)
