In this order,
Uninstall,reinstall\update these software\driver
Creative Camera Class Upper Filter Driver
Creative Worldwide Support
Run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html you may need to run it 2-3 times to "fix" everything.
Run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Finish with the above steps and post back with any results.

ya i am about to to the tests but before that may i know that whether its a serious problem, my laptop is in warranty and should i get it checked from Dell.
I always get those BSOD's while running my webcam (not every time, sometime i use webcam without any problem)
may be 1 out of every 10 usages.
