BSOD using Adobe Premiere CS5.5, 0x0000003d

    Hello,

I just discovered this forum, so I hope this is the correct way to ask for help.

I have installed Adobe Production Premium on my computer, and everytime I want to edit a project in Premiere CS5.5, a BSOD appears, saying:

    ´Interrupt Exception Not Handled´
    error 0x00000003D

After installing my new SSD boot drive two weeks ago, this is the first time I have had any BSOD. I use Windows 7 Professional 64bit full retail on a computer that is 4 months old. Installing the latest Nvidia drivers, chipset drivers and audio drivers didn´t help unfortunately.

Could anyone please have a look at my dump files?
That would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

    Kind regards,

    Dear Panais,

thank you very much for your reply.

I have done everything you suggested, but unfortunately Premiere CS5.5 still crashes with the same BSOD.

I have included my new dumps, would you mind looking at them once again?

    Thanks again,

    The same error

    Marvell MV91xx AHCI/RAID driver

Please visit the Marvell website to obtain the latest version of the drivers. Then uninstall the drivers that are currently installed on your system and install the freshly downloaded drivers.

    O really? I think I didn't uninstall it first.

THanks again, I will try this tomorrow (as I am away from the house for the next 24 hrs) and post the result.

    Hi again,

I have installed the new drivers after uninstalling the old ones.
Unfortunally my problem still persists: After opening my premiere CS5.5 project it takes about a minute before the BSOD reappears.

Thanks in advance for checking my dump files again,

    Again the same error.

This is might be a bad Raid configuration.

ACtually, I don't have any RAID!
I have an SSD for windows plus another hard drive.

    Could that be the problem?
If so, what should I do?

    Thanks again,

Remove the software\driver for testing purposes.

    Tip:
The software location must be something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Marvell\raid\magniconsole

    Yes! This seems to help!
I have removed the drivers and now the BSOD stay away.
    I am very relieved!

Should I just leave it like this or should I install new drivers?

    Again: thank you SO MUCH!
