BSOD after upgrading RAM, especially ntfs.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

Hello everyone, my name’s fadli. I’m a newbie here, and also this is my first post so far. For some times I’ve had used this website to troubleshoot all my problems and so many have been repaired, but this time it’s killing me so much to repair this problem.

Okay here it is , 3 days ago I decided to upgrade my RAM from 2GB to 6GB (2GB and 4GB), when the mechanic put it into my laptop it turned out to have BSOD, but then he cleaned the RAM slots , then the windows starts normal and detect my RAM of 6GB. Then I paid it, so when I went home and started my laptop, it runs fine for about 10 minutes, I watched some movie that time, then the BSOD appears (it’s the first BSOD since I went home that says about Memory_Management) then I reboot my laptop again and it runs fine until 20 minutes then BSOD again, it says System_service_exception.

I decided to look for troubleshooter in the net, I found about the driver verifier, without knowing any of these I verify a driver for tunngle, I thought that this might be the problem and it’s not. From this moment, the BSOD keeps reappearing for different cases, like IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, ntfs.sys, many more. Then I decided to put out my RAM of 2GB, but the problem still occurs, then I put out my RAM of 4GB and put in the 2GB, same, the problem still occurs.
I ran everything, the registry cleaner, defragmentation (deep scan), but still the problem is in there. And until I thought maybe the driver verifier that causes me this trouble, so I disable it. Yeah it works, I could use my laptop for about 1 hour, then it BSOD again, but this time the problem that occurred was IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION, ntfs.sys that frequently occurred.
Oh yeah, I look for this problem using bluescreenview it says some problem occurred with ntoskrnl.exe and ntfs.sys, I don’t know exactly. I tried everything I update my graphic driver, sound driver, nothing works. By the way, I only use my 4GB of RAM now, I suspect that the difference of the RAM might be conflicting my system (or it might not?).

Please kind reviewer and technicians I beg of your help, I am so frustrated.
