admin user lost some admin rights

I can't delete a file from the desktop. When I try, it says to get the rights from the specified admin user (which I'm logged on). The strange thing is that I still can create other users from this account (including admins).

Any suggestion on what to do?

Whats the name of the file?

Have you tried deleting it in safe mode?

Oh, wait, that's a folder I've dowbloaded. Anyway, why is the name important at all? It's PWI Genesis, btw.

No, not yet.

This time Win claims that I don't have (lost) rights to write in disk C (one of 4 partitions of a hdd, with Win on this disk).

Anybody has any idea what is going on?
