BSOD Frequent Random Shutdowns

BSOD has been happening for a few months and is becoming more frequent. I bought this laptop in September, and I have made no changes or added upgrades.

Windows 7 home premium 64-bit, this is the original operation system. It is OEM.

I'm leaning towards blaming your network device, but I would like you to try this first.

Virtually identical these 50 crashes all point to netio.sys but usually when that is the case it is truly caused by your malware or firewall.

I would remove Symantec and PCTools and replace them with Microsoft Security essentials at least to test

Okay, I ran the scan and it did not find any integrity violations.

Well that is a good sign but doesnt fix your problem. Might want to try removing the PCTools and Symantec.

The BSOD has been happening since before I added PC tools, so I uninstalled Norton internet security. I will see if that solves it, if not I will uninstall the PC tools and try your suggestion.

You guys are life savers, thank you soo much! =)
