Check your motherboard specifications to see what spare slots you have, and then install a dedicated sound card - something like a Creative Soundblaster Audigy would be fine.

well I'll keep it running to find out if it 100% is a sound problem because I'm a student and don't really have the money for extra bits and bobs... hoping that it is a sound problem rather than anything else though.

Does anyone know the max temp for the AMD cpu ? It's just I stream games for money and sometimes it can hit 70 odd degrees C

Depends which one it is, have a look here: What temperature should my processor be running at?

If you can't afford a sound card just yet, keep an eye out for any friends who might have one spare and check out the local flea markets - you'll be amazed what you can pick up - hardware that is, not fleas!

Are you over-clocking by any chance? If so, wind things back a bit.

You need one of our graphics experts as I don't do any gaming at all.

This tutorial may be of interest to you, but be careful because you can soon fry a graphics card if you push things too hard.

UPDATE:

I seem to be able to go without crashes if I turn my pc off when I really don't need it, I must admit it use to be on almost 15 hours none stop, but now I turn it off thinking "It'll cool down" and it hasn't seemed to of crashed?
