To rule out the OEM DVD you purchased as contributing factor, download Windows 7 x64 Enterprise Edition trial version ISO and burn to DVD-R with Imgburn.
Wipe the HDD with KillDisk first to remove all remnants of prior Windows OS.
If Windows 7 Enterprise Edition BSODs, then hardware is the obvious culprit.
