Laptop constantly reboots or goes bsod 0x00000124 during web browsing

Retail OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit installed a few months ago this year. Upgraded to keep the files, Not a clean install.

Original OS was Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit.

The Laptop is 3 years old. Stock parts and hardware settings no over clocking.

I currently just use the laptop for web browsing that's when I experience the crash. The Laptop would unexpectedly reboot or go to a blue screen error-Uncorrectable Hardware Error. This just happened last week while I was web browsing. As a result of the first BSOD, The sound would disappear in a couple of minutes of use. I would hear a static noise when sound is supposed to be playing. I tried deleting and reinstalling the sound driver. It doesn't fix this problem.

I did a system health report and it reports that my computer is in "good shape."

Anyway this laptop now crashes everyday in like 20 minutes of use. You can tell when the web browser and the cursor moves sluggish, the computer is going to crash.

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

You can read more on this error and what to try here... Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try
