Constant BOOTMGR missing

Synopsis: Im trying to recitfy a PC i made about a month a go with a freshly installed Windows 7 ULT.

The probkem: Every now and so often (or maybe several times) its played up with the boot mgr being missing. Ive tried some CMD lines and getting it to automatically pick up the problem ( which minds you that it usually doesnt find anything anyway "problematic"). After getting it to boot up and all the problem just seems to resurrect it self and im back on square one after a couple days.

Am i doing something wrong or am i missing something? How does this problem occur?

Thanks in advance.

Try running a Startup Repairusing a system repair disc.
Startup Repair

If that doesn't work, run an sfc/scannow command three times in an elevated command prompt with each command followed by a reboot.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

If both of the above solutions fail, try a Repair Install or in-place upgrade.

SFC did come back with problems and it was repaired. I also updated the BIOS which did the trick as well.

Thanks for your help sir.
