New PC Build, Unexpected Windows Restart

Built a new computer from scratch last night. Installed OS and drivers without a hitch; everything ran smoothly. Yet earlier this morning Windows restarted with an Event Problem screen.

I have the neccessary files for debugging instructed by this website. My system specs are on my profile. This is my first custom pc so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I ran just a couple of passes of the memory test with no errors. I am almost certain it's the video card; my pc restarts every time i fiddle with the nVIDIA control panel. I'm trying to run OCCT 4.0 but I don't have the tests you specified. Please refer to the screen shot

Seems that you havn't installed the latest DirectX9 components that OCCT requires

So I installed the Directx9 components and ran OCCT. As soon as I started the test the computer restarted, very similar to what happens when i run the Windows Rating Index test. Same BSOD problem signature. I also tried different drivers from Gigabyte and Nvidia. Any other suggestions? By the way, I appreciate your help on this. I really hope we can get to the bottom of this

This could indicate a hardware problem with your graphics card, an RMA would usually be the solution.

    Yowanvista,

I want to sincerely thank you, as you've been a big help and correct every step of the way. Replaced the GPU with a R68670 and its running flawlessly. 205fps on the OCCT. Thanks again, as I would have not been able to isolate the issue alone!
