Occasional BSoD on startup, reboots and runs fine after.

Greetings! I recently built my first custom computer with help from a few friends, and i am encountering a minor bug.

I turn my computer off when im not playing games, which is the whole reason i built it, i have my laptop for all my other needs. Occasionally, when i start the computer, it will boot up normally, start all the normal startup applications, and usually between the 2-4 minute mark, i get a BSoD, and the error displayed changes. the most recent one was "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL_TO"

The strange thing is, after it crashes, it reboots, and is perfectly fine for the rest of the day/night. it does the same thing it does on the first start up, sans the crash. my tech friends suspect a memory issue, but i ran the windows memory diagnostic tool and it came up clean.

im running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
the computer is about 2 weeks old.

im attaching a zipped file with the error logs windows creates.
