Windows 7 x64 freeze problem Acer Aspire 5738G

Hello everyone i'm having a problem with a Acer Aspire 5378G. It freezes random
so if your doing something like chatting, if it freezes the screen it just hangs I can't move my mouse pointer even shift lock, num lock doesn't work anymore on the keyboard when it freezes so it's completly unresponsive ! i'm having this problem for a long time now and i sended the laptop to Acer 4 times and they said there was nothing wrong (but they changed the ram sticks) but that didn't fix the issue, now i'm out of warranty

    I'll give you my specs:

    Acer Aspire 5738G:

    Intel Core 2 Duo T6400 @2Ghz

NVidia Geforce G105M (512mb) (lasted drivers installed)

    Motherboard Model: JV50_MV

    Ram: 4gb DDR3

Bios: Lasted bios installed (phoenix technologies LTD)

    OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64 (7601)

I really want this fixed because I need this laptop for school etc.

    GianniDPC,

    * Have you tried a System Restore to a point PRIOR to your current problems?

*Have you checked in Event Viewer?
    Type eventvwr in search.
Go to the Windows Logs > application > in the left hand column note anything that relates to the problem.
Please note the event ID, and the source codes and tell us what they are.

*List all the Security software you have ever had installed & currently have now on your computer please.

    * Browser addons can create problems.
Check how many you have on your various browsers. Is each & every one really needed?

    * Go to search, type device manager and look for any yellow warning markers.

    * Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
    SFC /SCANNOW

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    * Check Disk.

Ahh sounds like you have the same problem as me

    https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...nal-32bit.html

I've sent to asus, and they did all the changes and also couldnt solve it.
At least I know that my Hardwares are safe.

    You're using SP1 too right?

Yes i'm using SP1 and i don't even have a BSOD so how can I post one >.< and there is nothing in event viewer only an error because I had to hold the power button for 10 sec.

It just freezes without BSOD and then I have to hold the power button for 10 seconds (nothing does respond keybord mouse it just freezes!)

And all my drivers are installed, and i don't think it has something to do with system files because I reinstalled windows various times and check disk... hmm I also did some test with programs for my hdd and my hdd does have a good temperature and no disk errors so...

    How frequent does this occur?
IS it freezing 10 seconds, 10 minutes or forever? Do you see any diskactivity?

You overlooked these points in my earlier post.

*List all the Security software you have ever had installed & currently have now on your computer please.

    * Browser addons can create problems.
Check how many you have on your various browsers.
Is each & every one really needed?
