BSOD after installing system on SSD, 0x000000f4

Hello, I've got some troubles after installing win 7 x64 ultimate on SSD.
It starts normally, work for a 3-15 minutes, and crashes after that. I've updates all drivers, after that system works properly for a 10 hours, but then crashes continious.

Lenovo ThinkPad x220i
SSD - OCZ Nocti 60 GB mSATA

Unfortunately, i;ve got russian version of windows, so, part of log is on russian, but i could try to translate it...

It'd be great, if someone could help me... Please! =)

Seems like i've got trouble in firmware.
I don't know why, buut there is no firmware for "Nocti" on ocz.com, but i've get "SSD Firmware Updates and Tools for OCZ Vertex 3, Vertex 3 Max IOPS, Agility 3, Solid 3, RevoDrive 3 and RevoDrive 3 X2", update firmware from 2.09 to 2.15 (!), and now everything's fine. Hope, it'd help to anyone.
