Random BSOD in a fresh install, suspected driver issue

Hi Guys,
I recently tried to install Windows 7 Professional 64bit Retail on my hardware, that until now has running Windows XP Professional 32bit without any problem.

After installing Windows 7 and loaded all drivers some random BSOD have appeared.
I have made some chek with BluescreenView and with Verifier enabled. I upload the zip with the information collected.
I saw that most of the BSOD refer to asacpi.sys and it show only when I run Asus EPU-6 Engine, but the version of asacpi.sys should be the correct latest.
About the other errors I saw that one time IRQL error refer to ataport.sys.

The install is fresh new, only drivers installed and Windows Update executed. Haven't yet activate Windows copy.

Hardware is Asus P5Q Pro + CPU Intel QC + Corsair 4GB ram + Nvidia GEForce 9500 GT + Pinnacle TV 110i + TerraTec Aureon 7.1.

I really don't know what is the problem, please let me help!
If you need additional information, ask for.
Thanks.
