I'm taking a look at it.
And your problem sounds like a hardware issue. It could be that your motherboard is going bad, or your GPU is.

Did you try your GPU on another computer? Does it work okay there?
You can also test your RAM

Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

    STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory
As I've seen, you need to update your graphics card drivers to their latest.

Follow either of the method below:
    Option 1
    1. Download and install Driver Sweeper:
      |MG| Driver Fusion (Driver Sweeper) 1.2.0 Download
    2. Select option 2 for NVIDIA.
      Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
    3. Boot into Safe Mode from Advanced Boot Options:
      Advanced Boot Options
    4. Type in Driver Fusion in Search
    5. Remove all components of your NVIDIA drivers
    6. Boot normally now, and install the latest drivers from the
      auto-detect program you downloaded.
      (Requires Java)

    Option 2
    Direct Download (from unofficial website):
Download NVIDIA Forceware 306.23 WHQL Vista 64 - FileHippo.com for 64 Bit windows
Download NVIDIA Forceware 306.23 WHQL Vista - FileHippo.com for 32 Bit windows

Use the common way for uninstalling via Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall a program

Do this along with memtest and let us know the results.

Okay.. You should try your video card in another computer that it's compatible with the motherboard.
See if the problems occur on the other computer.

How old is the hardware of your computer?
Does it have an onboard VGA slot? Sounds like a motherboard issue
