Error 0xc0000225 After Partition Changes & Can't Boot Or Repair Yet

I've got the problem, due to trying to create an extra partition with Partition Wizard which got to the 1 black and white does screen stage (I guess 2 of stage 1?) and hung up there for hours on only creating a 10Gb partition on a 80Gb hard drive in a laptop...

I've tried the startup repair process and nothing, to no avail, Windows 7 System Recovery CD 32Bit, again nothing and even Super Grub Boot Disc 1 and 2 and nothing still...

I am limited to a 8Gb usb flash drive, since my laptop doesn't have a dvdrw rom and I don't have a usb dvd yet.

Or I'd try this (Manually editing and fixing the BCD in BCDEdit) http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...-1e185fb7544c/ if I could access, I might try loading a Live Version of 7 and seeing if I can access it that way...

I might try Hiren's once it finishes downloading see if I can get anywhere with it.

How bout EasyBCD and how would I go about it?

Any other options, help, suggestions or advice? Before taking the last resort and doing a upgrade repair.

    Thanks!

"Tried startup and repair and nothing" provides nothing to work with. Was there an error message? What commands did you run and what did you see when you ran them?

As in startup and repair, I mean the fix startup option in the 7 repair menu from the disc... It said it fixed up but kept giving me the same error upon restart. It's the very first option in the repair menu on the windows 7 discs.

I also tried BootRec /FixMbr, /FixBoot and /RebuildBCD none of which worked... I think cause instead of fixing the actual windows installation it's trying to fix the removable flash drive... Cause when I went to reboot again it gave me the same error, then when I tried to boot of the usb thumb drive it had something wrong with it too in the boot process.

I'm in Windows PE 7 Edition Live CD, but can't get bcdedit to run it opens up dos screen comes up really quick and then disappears again.

Since Partition Wizard was the root of your problems I would try here:
    Technical Support Partition Wizard

Also I would look through all the tutorials and watch the videos. I believe it has its own MBR repair and partition repair tools.

Also you say you tried all the system repairs from the seven forums tutorial, but you don't note any error messages or results. Just say it "didn't work." If you note the tutorial suggests running a repair 2 or 3 times in succession. You don't say if this was done.

The only info is what you provide so the more detailed and succinct the better than chance someone can get an idea of a fix. Otherwise it's people just shooting in the dark.

I tried the startup repair way more than 2 to 3 times...

Also I don't see anything about a PW CD, clicked the link and it downloaded the exe file which sets up PW on your desktop.

I haven't seen any tutes don't see any yet, but I'll look even though I can imagine I've already done partically everything possible to my knowledge. Thus why I came here.

Everytime I repaired startup it gave me the same error, nothing new, no new error messages. So yea what is there new to tell if nothing new happens?

IDK What else there is to tell...

If you can't boot your system to Windows you need Partition Wizard boot CD.
    MiniTool Partition Wizard Boot CD.

I already gave the link to the partition wizard tutorial page.

Edit: you say you tried the startup repair several times. So far I've asked you at least twice if you got any error messages and if so, what they were when you ran the startup repair commands. Evidently you are too frustrated to give any information that would help solve the problem other than generalities. I don't know what you expect people to do that read your post.

If you can't say what happened when you performed the fix attempts, messages on the screen after you ran the commands, then I don't see what I can do that I haven't suggested already.

After startup repaired the test SUCCESSFULLY and I REBOOTED, The SAME ERROR MESSAGE Still SHOWED UP. How hard is that to understand? LMAO

As for BootRec, /FixMBR, /FixBoot and /RebuildBCD they all repaired successfully too. So how would I get an error message on something done successfully? Yet still upon reboot I would get the same error message as in the original post and everytime I tried to fix it...

But forget it, somehow my windows partition got completely wiped out, so I guess I'm going to have to reinstall 7 or 8 completely all over again.
