BSOD while I am asleep or work 0x50
as per the instructions, I uploaded the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 as a zip and also the perfom report too.
its a windows 7 retail I bought as home edition and upgraded to Professional.
It is x64 bit
This is the original install on this system. Essentially I had an old minatx box I took and put in a new mobo, cpu, psu, hard drive and now this OS. I did slightly overclock it. When I overclocked it, I kept it very NON aggressive and I also ran it many times thru 3d Mark and EVGA Precision to make sure the overclocking didnt mess up under a good amount of stress from the computer.
Also, the BSOD seems to happen while I am gone to work or asleep. Nothing is running on the computer although it is on.. but nothing is running except maybe an open browser window, dropbox, some anti virus software, and a VNC app. None of them are actively running while this happens, but they are loaded up in the taskbar.
MOST of hardware is less then 6 months old and the OS is same.
I dont know if this helps:
1. PSU is TX750 - less then 6 months old
2. mobo is Asus M4A88T-M - less then 6 months old
3. CPU is AMD Phen 2 x4 955 black - less then 6 months old
4. Memory is just some old generic I had in the case from before, DDR3 - 4 slots, 2 gig each - old from prior rig that was in this box.
5. Graphics is NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT ( G92 ) - old from prior rig that was in this box.
6. Stock cooling with the CPU fan from the AMD CPU and stock case fan. CPU fan is less then 6 months, case fan is old.
I slightly overclocked the graphics and CPU, but not the mobo or ram. It was all working fine for months with no BSOD but not I am getting them more freq and do not know why.
Thanks for any help you can shed.
P.S. 1 of the dump files is dated for Decemeber 2011. This was by mistake as I had forwarded the date on the OS during some testing when installing VMWare. My clock is now set to the right time. BSOD was happening before the clock forward though.
