BSOD - While using both USB3 ports (Card)

Hi guys, looking for help on my Blue Screen error i have just started to get. I have a USB 3 Card installed on my PC which is connected to WD external HDD (Since last 2 months).

The USB 3 Card has 2 ports, one for my WD HDD and one for my iPhone, if i use boot with one wire in the port (WD HDD), it boots fine.

Please find attached with RAR file as recommended in "Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions"

PC Configuration :




Pentium Dual Core 2.80GHz
Ram 8 GB
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 - 64 Bit
About 60 days old installation
