BSOD crashes due to memory management

Hi,

I have recently been getting BSOD errors about once or twice a day. The system specs are:
Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium
OEM
Both laptop and OS is about 1 year old.

I have run all sorts of memory and hard disk checks such as MEMTEST and found no errors. I called the Toshiba tech support and was told that i should restore my laptop to its original factory settings but am reluctant to do this. Please advise. Any help will be really appreciated.
