BSOD error 0xF4 on newish pc

Hi
Just came back to my pc to find a bsod 0xF4.
Bluescreenview says this is a "CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION" and shows ntoskrnl.exe and null.sys as in stack at the time.

I was running a lot of stuff at the time, eg VS2008, SQLServer 2008, Skype, WinLiveMail, IIS console etc etc (developer stuff).

Only other thing is my pc is set to back up (Windows 7 backup of sys image and various folder) at 6pm. Eventlog says crash occured at 7.49pm.

Any ideas? Ive attached dump as per posting instructions.

Pc is newish (Sep): running Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit SP1 (retail - well, from MSDN subscription) (no other OS)

Edit: am running uptodate AVG and pc is scanned everyday (and have just done so). Also, I have 2 WD 2TB blacks (running under Windows 7 raid1) as my data disks. OS is installed on a single SSD.
