I could really use some help on this one.
This computer has worked perfectly for a year and then, suddenly, over the past 2 weeks it has crashed 4 times. 3 times I didn't see it happen, but returned to find a black screen (monitor wouldn't wake up) and the computer unresponsive.
Luckily, today, I caught the crash as it happened. BSOD said "BAD_POOL_CALLER."
Attached is the mini-dump file (110811-35022-01.zip (24.1 KB)) and the output from the jcgriff2 tool (Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2.zip (2.05 MB)).
Specs:
- Worked perfectly for 12+ months, no BSOD
- AMD Phenomo II x4 965 3.40GHz
- 16GB RAM
- Windows 7 Ultimate x64 - OEM version
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Also, how do you guys analyze minidump files? I used dumpchk.exe, but couldn't easily determine anything useful.
Thanks!
