BSOD In general computer use, Youtube possibly the Culprit

G'day guys, in the lead up to the last few days, my system has been BSOD'ing with mutilple things to blame, sometimes w32k.sys sometimes others. It could be ram i suppose, i have one stick of Kingston Hyper X ram DDR2. It is quite frustrating, and would appreciate any help that can be provided. i don't want to buy new ram if i don't have too, or if it's not the culprit.

    My System details:
Intel E8400 2.83ghz (I've underclock it from the usual 3ghz)
    2 Gig Kingston Hyper X DDR2 Ram
Windows 7 32-bit (no service pack)
    Nvidia Geforce 9600GT
If you need to know anymore please ask

How to find and update drivers? Read here Best way to update drivers for free?

Remove any virtual drive software like daemon tools,alcohol...........restart.

    Download http://duplexsecure.com/download/SPTDinst-v179-x86.exe

    Run SPTD click uninstall,finish,restart.

For virtual drive you can download, install and use Mount ISO Files - Freeware MagicDisc Download

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Finish
with the above steps and post back with any results.

G'day Panais, I don't have any alternative Wireless adaptor and i live outside of town, its quite difficult for me to get there. Plus i don't have an ethernet cable capable of reaching the router. I cannot find any new drivers for it however. As for Daemon tools, is it a definite that i can't use it? cause i've used it for quite sometime. Years and years in fact. I updated the SPTD on it thinking it might help the other night, im not trying to argue your advice mate, just concerned. I've removed DVD43 and PXhelp currently downloading MagicDisc..
    .
Also, ill run memtest this evening, when i goto bed.

    Thanks again for assisting me!
