    Blue Screen Problem


    Hello,



    I received this error message after my laptop has shut down unexpectedly, and followed the steps in generating a health report etc. Please see the zip file attached.

     - Windows 7 x64

    - original installed OS on the system
    - OEM


    - hardware is 1 year old

    - have not re-installed the OS system
