BSOD - “bugcode_usb_driver”

I've been getting random blue screens and I would really appreciate someone's help with determining what is the cause. The times of recent BSOD's were:
10/28/11 around 3:20pm
11/6/11 around 8:40pm
11/7/11 around 12:25pm

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I'm worried if I continue getting these it will ruin my PC or I'll lose something important that I'm working on. Thanks for your time and assistance! - Mario

Hi -

Is Intel WiDi connected via USB?

What is plugged into USB ports?

Intel WiDi driver should be updated -

If BSODs persist, run the Driver Verifier -- Driver Verifier - sysnative.com - MVP

Thanks for the reply. The only thing I have plugged into the USB is a Logitech wireless mouse. Could that be it?

Thanks for your help with this jcgriff2! I followed your recommendation and I'm hoping it works. If that's not it, I'm suspecting that it's static electricity that some how enters through the USB. The body of my laptop is aluminum and I often get shocked by it.

Anything is possible, I guess.

However, if such a phenomenon was occurring, I would expect to see varying bugchecks, not literal identical ones.
Code:
BugCheck FE, {8, 6, 5, fffffa80075407a0}
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  X64_0xFE_usbhub!UsbhHubProcessChangeWorker+ec

BugCheck FE, {8, 6, 5, fffffa800565f7a0}
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  X64_0xFE_usbhub!UsbhHubProcessChangeWorker+ec
จจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจจ``
BugCheck FE, {8, 6, 5, fffffa800890c7a0}
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  X64_0xFE_usbhub!UsbhHubProcessChangeWorker+ec
These 3 crashes are way too similar to be caused by a power surge, IMO.

If the Realtek driver updates don't end the BSODs, run Driver Verifier.

Please let us know the outcome. Thank you.
