BSOD when rendering Video
I'm looking for input and suggestions on why I'm getting Windows crashes when rendering MP4 files from Avid Studio ver 1.1. I've been using the program since it hit the shelves and haven't had any problems up till about three weeks ago. I get the same results with other file types in the rendering process.
Most of the videos are a little over an hour in length and are being rendered in full HD (720 HD produces the same results. Also tried saving as Windows Media File and Apples MOV format with the same results. With this being said, here's what I've done thus far and what the machine is running. The machine does fine with any other processes I throw at it, only crashes when rendering videos.
Computer is running Windows 7 - 64 bit with all current updates installed, I've also tried restoring the computer back to dates before the problem started, with no change. The boot drive is a 2TB SATA II drive with 1.6 TB free space.
Uninstalled Studio and reinstalled it along with the current update.
Replaced the video card with an NVIDA 550ti with 1gig of ram, (used to have a GForce 220 also with 1gig of RAM.
Ran Graphic Diagnostics on the video card which came back with no errors and a benchmark of over 800.
Updated the video driver and also rolled back the video driver to an older version via NVIDIA support trouble ticket
Upgraded the CPU from an AMD 3.1gig x4 processor to an AMD 3.5 x6 processor
Upgraded the bios on the Asus motherboard to the most recent version
Ran Microsoft's Memory Diagnostic on the 16gig of RAM installed and it came back with no errors (4-4gig sticks of Gaming Ram)
Replaced the power supply which was a 450 watt with a 600 watt
Disconnected all external devices except for the keyboard and mouse
BSOD Dump & System File Collection and System health reports are attached.
