BSOD crashing when idle/not in use

First, my apologies for re-posting...right after i first posted, i moved and just could not get back to figuring out the problem.

I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. My system is crashing when I leave it idle. This is my first system build, so I am a bit of a novice. The build is only about 1 year old, and this problem has been happening the whole time, but unfortunately with moving and other things, i hadn't had time to deal with it.

My specs are in my profile, but i will add them here if requested.

I get a security token error when I try to upload the files, so here is a link to them.

Again, much appreciation for any help you guys can provide.

One other thing, I can sometimes (often) stop it from crashing if i leave a program running. Like itunes continuously playing albums on repeat, and it will not crash when i'm actively working.
