Asus G60JX random lockups or freezes. I do not get a BSOD

I've had this asus g60jx laptop for around a year now. Just recently the motherboard fried I sent it to nexicore(my warranty repair depot) they replaced almost everything in it and then sent it back to me(this process took them close to 2 months). I finally get my computer back and I turn it on and I keep getting this random freezes they could be when I just turn the computer on or hours in. I reinstalled the BIOS cause they didn't even bother when they installed the new mobo. I reformated to a fresh windows 7. I performed memtest, HDtune(hard drive checker) updated all drivers. Have read countless forums and I can not send the computer back because it isnt under warrant anymore cause they took so long to fix it. I am thinking it is a driver issue but I have tried everything, I don't think it is overheating have installed speedfan and the asus probe and everything sits at normal temps. Ive tried other things but it has all just been a blur. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
