    Hi.

    In this order,

    Download and install Driver Sweeper

    Download the most recent software\driver for your ati AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

    Uninstall
    ati software\driver,restart in safe mode,run driver sweeper,choose only AMD-Display and clean,restart in normal mode.

    Install the new ati software\driver,restart.

    Update
    DirectX

    Read very carefully the instructions and run video-card-stress-test-furmark

    Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Finish and post back the results.

    updated grapichs driver and reinstalled directx;
    video card strees test done, no problems, see screenshoot in attach;

    did memtest and got 2 error almost at the end of the first pass.

    so the problem might be ram modules or MB.

    i have atached the list of ram are compatible with my MB from asus.com.
    MB: ASUS P5P43TD/USB3
    RAM: OCZ DDR3 1333MHZ GOLD LOW VOLTAGE. OCZ3G1333LV4GK

    i checked and its not there in the compatibility document, maybe thats the problem, i already sent 8gb to warranty because of memory problems and i got these 4gb for replacement 4 days ago. and i atached some screenshots off cpu-z that shows the current stats of my ram. i notice that it shows my ram as single channel while they are double channel. i dont have alot of knowledge in the area but it seems wrong.
    im still waiting for the second 4gb kit from warranty, if they are incompatible i may ask if i can trade for other modules. any way to change the timings, or voltage to make them good to use?

    Always use certified RAM sticks to ensure full compatibility with your motherboard. Do a BIOS update, if you still get errors during Memtest the RAM should be replaced.
