BSOD during use of uTorrent (issue becoming more common)

I have been experiencing the BSOD whenever I launch the uTorrent. I have tried to update all device drivers and I'm pretty sure I have the latest versions of all drivers needed. This problem occurs every single time the program is launched and has been occurring ever more frequently. I hope you guys can help me solve this issue! Thanks!

    My system is a Windows 7 . . .
    - 64-bit
    - The system came with Win 7
    - OEM version?
    - The system is 1.5 months old (2 months maximum)?
    - I have NOT reinstalled the OS and am working with the factory-installation.

P.S. As required, I have attached the diagnostic files in this post. If there is anymore information needed, please let me know. Thanks!

Blamed on netio.sys, this is often the fault of the malware app> I would remove Mcaffee (a known cause) and replace it with Microsoft Security essentials at least to test.

Ok, I will try this, but I've got a 3 year subscription to McAfee so I don't want to keep it away forever. Is there any other possible fix? I'll report with the findings of this solution within 24 hours. Thanks!

    3 years?

I hope you can get at least a partial refund on that subscription. We really see over and over again that McAfee just doesn't play well on Windows 7.
