BSOD Random IRQL not less or equal

A recent problem I've been experiencing is the computer would freeze up with the IRQL error at random times. Once it was while I was browsing the web. Another when I was listening to music. I've had experience with the error on a previous computer, but never could solve the issue.

The problem seems (at least from the one dump file included) to be sourced in the direct x system.

This generally is either the result of a graphics driver, or direct x problem.

Since your graphics are intel the drivers should be easy enough to find on intel's site.
You can also try using this tool, but it is honestly a bit hit and miss on working for everyone.
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

The latest redistributable for direct x will be found here.
Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - DirectX End-User Runtime

A footnote, norton is also freezing up on you from what I'm reading here.
You may want to give a shot at reinstalling it as well.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002ed1c02, address which referenced memory
