    Random BSOD tcpip.sys Driver_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL_TOO most recent

    My wife's computer has been experiencing random BSOD for the last few months. They occur about once per day, sometimes more. She can be playing WoW or just reading the local paper online, there doesn't seem to be any obvious cause. Included is the zip file. I hope I did it correctly.
    Her system is;
    Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 (build 7601) 64bit
    3.00 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core
    XFX MI-A78S-8209 Ver1.1 mobo
    ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series graphics card
    AMD High Definition Audio Device

    I ran memchk over night and got no errors. I took video card and memory out and cleaned the slots with canned air and switched the SATA cables. Like I said this happens atrandom times but tcpip.sys is usually mentioned in the errors. Any help will be appreciated.

    Easy these were Related to KmxFilter.sys Host Intrusion Prevention System from Computer Associates.

    I would remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials

    Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
