BSOD after YouTube, now can't boot pc, ntfs.sys corrupted

you can use any win7 repair disk. As long as it is 64bits win7 (as you have). Borrow it from a friend.

actually this is the same "recovery environment". But you never know if that helps

X is ramdisk from winre that's normal.

sfc /scannow /offbootdir=d:\ /offwindir=f:\windows
but you tried that as well I think. very strange

Just to help, my windows ssd drive is F, it's also system partitioned to another boot drive X, and I also have two non-system drives C and D. I tried f f, e e, c c, d d, x x, f x, x f, f e, e f, f d, d f, x e, e x, e f, f e, c d, d c.
My cd drive is G. I tried it with f and x as well.

Just downloaded a repair disc and booted pc using it. Same result - typing the sfc offline command gives e long "not designed to run"error.
Command line still defaults to x:/ is that normal?

When run disk part, here is what I get ( it changed o.O)

Volume 0 letter G repair disk (DVD)
Volume 1 letter C new volume NTFS partition 931GB healthy
Volume 2 letter D system rese NTFS partition 100 mb healthy
Volume 3 letter F (empty name) NTFS partition 111GB healthy
Volume 4 Letter E new volume NTFS partition 931 GB Healthy


And before you ask, yes, I tried doing sfc again with f, d and g.

You tell me drivelettering changed in winre? F is still your windows drive?

I ran the auto repair again and the drive letters stayed changed. Which means there is a possibility that I misinterpreted the lettering the first time around. But the only difference was that I thought X:/ to be a system partitioned part of my windows drive, but that is really D:/
Yes, F:/ is still my windows drive.

Although now i have no clue what x:/ is - c d e f g are 3 hard drives, a system partition and a DVD drive. So what the hell is x:/
Anyways, do you still think it's possible to recover windows without uninstalling?
Also, in case its not, is there any way to copy over some old registry entries and/or appdata folders?

winre is just a "windows pre environment". Just a very mini windows. The DVD boots up and loads winre.wim A wim file is someting like a zip-file (one file containing a lot of files). Winre.wim is mounted on a ramdisk (a vrirtual disk in memory) and has driveletter X. nothing to worry about.

how to save relevant files I'll explain later. I assume E partition has a lot of space free?

using ubuntu livecd you can access ntfs partitions. Using drag and drop you can move then to another partition. After reinstall you can move some back and export some registry settings. But that's a hell of a job and I don't recommend that
