In the end, I've replaced my mobo, RAM and PSU. Not tensted properly yet, but I plan a full reinstall of Windows, in hope that this will solve my problems. God damn Windows 7, why did they ever produce it and Vista, when XP was so good!?

Seems to have done the trick. My PC is now running very smoothly, and hasn't crashed once in the couple of weeks since I upgraded the hardware and reinstalled Windows. All is well!

Thanks for all your help, anyway.
