How to generate the requested reports in the sticky??

Hi there,

Want to generate the reports in the sticky (attacking folders as a zip). I've done the first report and have the folder (Windows_N6_BSOD). How do I ZIP this exactly?

The third step (Start>perfmon/report). I type this into the search bar in start and don't get anything? (I have Windows 7).

I want to be able to put all the info as requested as I'm getting a few random crashes on startup (including the occasional BSOD). But obviously I want to be able to give the correct info to the experts on here.

Sorry for the questions!

Drag to desktop and use send to Compressed folder (zip)

The most important files are the files whose extension is "DMP"

Sorry for the questions!
