This one was Related to athrx.sys Extensible Wireless LAN device driver from Atheros Communications, Inc.

I would re-install newest version available.

Okay, so there is a problem, my WiFi is Linksys WMP300n (v1 or v2, don't know now). Drivers are from 2006/7 year. Atheros' drivers are installed, because I had problems with Linksys' drivers (after installation of Windows 7), but I'll try to install Linksys' drivers.

I think it can be motherboard - old BIOS problem (I'll get anyway new MOBO and CPU today). Can you verify it (2 BSOD's)?
