Cannot change "System Failure" Settings in Control Panel

Hi...

I have a new update of Spyware Doctor which causes Blue Screen, when using its MBR scanner and KERNEL THREAT scanner.

OK...the technicians want a copy of my memory dump and instructed me to alter the settings in System/Advanced Settings/System Failure.

HOWEVER, when I alter these settings and click on "OK" and look again, they have reverted back to their defaults again.

I have tried logging in as ADMIN but the same thing happens.

How can I sort this out, please?

Thanks,

Nigel
